If your space request is approved we will contact you with the required deposit amount.

Sunday September 17th 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tent - $8.00 per front foot (width). Spaces are 10\' deep.
Outside - $6.00 per front foot. Spaces are 10\' deep with extra space behind both depending upon location.
*Note* Please measure to include awnings, tongue & tie-downs.
All Rentals Include Water. Electricity is $5.00 for all weekend.
Reservations will be accepted at the discretion of the FHD Committee, a 50% deposit is required with your application (balance before set-up). The deadline for all reservations and deposits are non-refundable after Sept 5th unless in case of emergency. To reserve your same location we must receive your application by June 5th. Assignment after this date is a first come first serve to avoid duplicate displays. When arriving please check in at the information booth for location, set up is Wednesday and Thursday prior to the festival from 8am to 8 pm, arrangements must be made otherwise. Camping at the fest is available for a minimal fee. You will need an extension cord to hook up to electricity at all spaces.
I agree to hold harmless Frankton Heritage Days, it’s directors, officers, and committee members from Any and all causes of action,suites,promises,claims and demands whatsoever which may arise from Participation as vendor at the festival.
