Food Booth Rental Rate: Minimum Space is 20ft ($200)

Additional Footage sold in 5ft increments for $25

*Spaces are 10ft deep with extra depth depending on field location*

NOTE: When measuring, be sure to include awnings, tie-downs, and tongue.

Reservations will be accepted at the discretion of the FHD Committee. FHD reserves the right to limit items sold or changing requested menu. A 50% deposit is required with the application and balance at set up. You must have a food permit from the Madison Co. Health Dept, a current Fire Extinguisher, and your own insurance. Water & Electric will be charged $40 for 110V or $70 for 220V per plug. All vendors must supply their own plug, breaker box, and approved cord to the connection point. Camping at the fest is available, but not guaranteed, it is first come first serve. When arriving, please check in at the front office to receive booth location. Set up is Wednesday and Thursday before the Festival, from 9am-8pm: It is advantageous to show up early if you have a trailer.
