Celebrating our 42nd Festival Year
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th, 2017
Parade starts by cannon fire promptly at 10:00 a.m. Please arrive and check in behind Frankton Elementary School, 1303 E. St. Rd. 128, Frankton, IN. If your last name starts with A-M, please arrive no later than 0800 am to register. If your last name is N-Z, please arrive no later than 0900 am to register. Arrival after designated time slot may alter chance to participate in the parade! Note; you may check in, register, and leave as long as you are back in your designated area by 0930 am at the latest. Please check the category that you wish to be entered as. Due to years of lack of participation for trophy/gift certificate pick up after parade, our parade has now become a non-judged event, NO awards will be handed out. Political Entry Fee - $30.00 per entry with a limit of 2 entries per politician, one vehicle counts as an entry: truck and wagon will be considered one vehicle and thus one entry
DUE DATE FOR ENTRY SUBMISSION--SEPTEMBER 10th, ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE MAY STILL BE IN THE PARADE, BUT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PARADE CHAIRMAN. Parade line up is not finalized until Friday before the Parade & while not guaranteed the information, if you have a large number of participants and need to know your line up number/location prior to Saturday morning check-in, please call or text Heather Alexander 765-610-6220 Friday afternoon…YOU WILL STILL NEED A DESIGNEE TO CHECK IN SATURDAY MORNING
*Clean-up crew required for roads & school, if no one is there to clean up, you will be unable to participate.
